As part of your initial or follow up visit Dr. Katz will review your existing blood chemistry reports or recommend testing to be done through the lab of your choice. Depending on your insurance company you may want to ask your primary care doctor to write you an order for the recommended labs. We enter the data into a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle interface that analyzes the data in both lab “normals” as well as “optimal” healthier ranges. The resulting report will determine likely imbalances based on the bloodwork results and make nutritional (Nutriwest and generic) recommendations, as well as suggest dietary changes. 

This service includes a formal report and part of your Telehealth session treatment time with Dr. Katz to fine-tune the recommendations, using your picture for remote visits. The standard report is based on your complete metabolic profile and complete blood count, and additional tests can be added as needed.
