The First Aid Stress Tool (FAST) is is a helpful tool for patients to use at home to provide symptom-relief related to mind/body stress when extra support is needed after an office visit. FAST comes from a technique Dr. Katz uses, called NET, which addresses the mind/body effects of stress in greater depth and helps patients deal with the root causes. In order for Dr. Katz to do certain remote procedures, patients will need to send us a picture/DNA samples. Download the instructions here for the DNA sample collection.
