The AcuGraph Digital Meridian Imaging system is a computerized tool used to analyze and document the energetic status of the body’s acupuncture meridians.
Acupuncture meridians are the energy pathways in your body which conduct life-force energy, or Qi (“chee”). Qi has been measured as part of therapeutic practices for more than 5000 years. Blockages of Qi result in energetic imbalances which may contribute to negative impacts to health.
The system involves touching a moistened probe to acupuncture points on your hands and feet. The measures registered are then analyzed by the system to determine the energy balance of each of your meridians. One of the measures produced is the Personal Integrated Energetics chart, a graphic representation of your meridian pathways with an associated score. This score provides a way of showing the overall progress and balance of the level of chi and in your whole meridian system over successive treatments.
